This is a great initiative. Urban areas are filled with creativity and these trampolines will be used accordingly. We know that there is personal protection equipment for skateboarding; I trust ingenuity will thrive in that new market. New jobs will undoubtedly be created.

I am a bit buggered for visiting a trampoline park - with two smashed vertebrae and damaged knee. Most injuries from my wild childhood days which even saw me daily on a trampoline in the summer months. And it was not as 'safe' as these of nowadays. Those were a steel frame - angle iron - with the mats connected with springs. Many times we kids would land there and be pinched blue by the springs or we'd just hop right off the trampoline, with or without choice. Fortunately with a green lawn to land on. We did jump together just to get higher! Other trampolines that were also around those days, were built in on ground level above an excavated area. I'm talking now about years of the sixties and seventies. Of course I survived.
