What is a good NATURAL energy boost?

There is nothing i take without a big crash after an hour or so. I love staying up and enjoying my day, not yawning and dosing off.

It seems like protein is a good energy boost I am not really sure what else would be considered a natural energy boost.

I'm really totally against any of these types of products. I do have to say though I was driving from Texas to North Carolina and had to take one, I used 5hour energy. It worked for about a half hour to an hour and I found myself drifting again, once I realized this I snapped out of the haze with frustration and was good the whole rest of the trip another 12hours at least.

Yoga-The five Tibetian moves really gives me energy. i wish i could do them twice a day but I always have some reason-not enough time, -ate too much ect but these moves done every day does encrease your energy level.

Protein. Nuts or meat along with your juice or coffee. Peanut butter on Rye bread works for me.

Your body usually tells u what it needs, and if you are yawning and dosing off then most likely you are not getting enough sleep, maybe just a power nap is all you need, more exercise and fresh air also helps and proper diet.

If you are yawning and dosing off, you are not getting enough natural restorative sleep. The only natural energy boost is listening to your body and giving it the sleep it needs. If you are properly rested, you will have all the energy you need for the new day.

I make a smoothie, and sip on it throughout the day; few cubes of ice (not needed), a banana or two, two fruits of choice (I pick half an apple and a few strawberries), two handfuls of spinach, and water (if needed). It yummy, it energizing, and it's green!
