It is feeling like everything is returning to normal.....

..... at last. The timing is so right as the vaccines are working, it is the end of January so Spring is just around the corner and this morning out on my walk rather then feeling eerily silent it was back to the usual normal, commuters were at the station, the high street was busy with cars and busses and I saw lots of people I haven't seen in awhile. I am also looking forward to planning my Summer break! Things are feeling really good around me today! How has your day been! Happy Monday. Kat x

It is not like that with us. It is very quiet. There are still a lot of cases in our area.

I'm not so sure it's a good thing right now. Huge amounts of children are off from my children's schools, almost half in each year group. My own children are only starting to go back in after our family were hit by a wave of positive covid tests. This was when Plan B was still in place, I dread to think what the numbers will rise to now that B.J has called an end to the resrictions.

I agree with you Kat i'm loving seeing life return to normal. Life HAS to return to normal & i do go along with the 'learning to live with covid' therory. Even though my o/h had covid & a spot of long covid we're happy to venture out (having tested first of course before i get a hammering!). Some people will always be vulnerable & do need to be careful. All the more reason for the rest of us to get on with life to make sure they're looked after. I'm in London so it's been busy throughout but now there's an air of normality out there & i like it. Have a great day xx

I think it's thanks to patience more than sticking people with iffyness, but whichever there are pretty full peak-time tube trains now with 25% unmasked travellers onboard ( I've been doing extensive research this month ;), so that stigma is slowly going.
.
I also travelled on a bus full of hyper Russians - or maybe Ukrainians (?) into town ( them fresh from Luton Airport :)) - with no repercussions for this unjabbed rebel... It is amazing how fast their fingers work their smartphones; their metabolisms must be 3x quicker than the English :)).
.
Been to Cardiff, been to Milton Keynes, been to Southampton, gonna go Bristol this week at least... Innit fun !
