Do you contact companies about their products, whether good or bad?

I do. I think companies should know if I like their products or have a problem with them. I recently contacted a company that makes bathroom tissue because their product is supposed to be scented and the last 12-pack I bought was not. They promised to send me another 12-pack. Well, today, FOUR 12-packs showed up at my door. I am so happy! Won't have to shop that aisle for a while!!

I do, both good and bad. I have had companies send me coupons for products when I gave them great reviews! Freebies are always good. Reply

While rare, I will contact a company if there's an issue. I got a bag candy from the store and it was suppose to be a variety of flavors. There were predominantly two with a small portion of a third. I wrote the company about it. As a thank you for the heads up and to make up for the inconvenience, they sent a coupon for another product. Reply
