#TolunaWins

Doubletake here as i sent the dental irrigator back and instead ordered a largish skillet and 2 heat reisistant handle covers. I am determined to get my bacon crispy! The cast iron skillet is 17.98 on Amazon and was originally over £50 with two hand holds. It is heavy but i dont have to use it as a tool and it can sit on the hob.
System wont upload an iron skillet of the sort i chose so here's the nearest to it.
What have you cooked successfully on a skillet ?- Give me some inspiration please!

Oat flatbreads, stews for one :), and essentials for English breakfasts... Then also peculiar mixtures to go in oatbread wraps such as last night's consisting broad beans and black pudding with a level desertspoon of lemon marmalade and a fistful of oats to thicken... All chopped up in the pan with scissors to submerge in water while cooking and reduce to a sludgy filling. Two of those were dinner (each wrap being about 7" diameter ). Reply
