No no no. You got it wrong. The vouchers are in $10 denominations & you decide how many to redeem for each purchase. It's in the FAQ. https://www.visitsingapore.com/singaporediscovers/vouchers/frequently-asked-questions/
Cannot stack means you cannot combine vouchers with another person's.
