#MyChocolate

Try my home made chocolates recipe! Very easy and quick to make, no palm oil or artificial ingredients. And the best part is that you add anything extra to you liking :).

From the specified number of products, you'll get 45 chocolates. The active cooking time is 5-10 minutes, the rest of the time will be spent being patient - while the chocolates solidify in the refrigerator :). These sweets are so delicious that once you try them you can not stop lol .

You'll need
120 grams sugar (a little more than ½ cup)
30 grams butter
25 grams cocoa powder
50 ml milk
180 grams nuts of your choice
200 grams milk powder (you can use a substitute)
You can also add dried fruits to your chocolates - like prunes, cherries, dried apricots, raisins...

Chocolate, choped nuts, coconut - for covering chocolates.

Preparation:

In a saucepan, mix together sugar and cacao powders, ad milk, and bring to boil stirring constantly. Then add butter, stir well until its melted and well combined, take the mass from the heat and gradually add powdered milk until well combined. Powdered milk will make the mass thick. Then add finely chopped nuts (if you are using dry fruits, add chopped fruits at this stage), mix well. To keep your sweets in shape, allow the mixture to cool slightly (until warm) before molding. Make small round sweets with your hands, then role them in chopped nuts, or coconut, or melted chocolate to get nice covering, then put them in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
