#AugRecipe2019. My favorite summer recipe is super simple. Take chicken thighs and cover them with McCormick's BBQ spice rub. Leave on for at least one hour along with a squeeze of lemon juice. Cook on medium heat on grill until internal temperature is at 165 degrees. Add trimmed asparagus to grill and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Cook until asparagus is tender. Serve with quinoa or rice and BBQ sauce.

#AugRecipe2019 We call it "dungees:" eggplant pieces, soy sauce, rice vinegar oil, chili sauce, garlic, onion, little pinch of ginger powder, broccoli, and tofu sauteed and served over rice. SO good! Goes well with hot weather.

#AugRecipe2019 My favorite summer recipe is my grandmothers Italian tomato salad. cut tomatoes, sprinkle garlic salt and oregano add olive oil, chill if you like and enjoy. I discovered this recipe from my grandmother, it is my favorite because it was passed down from her and when I make and eat it I feel she is right there with me the taste and smell brings back memories of her. Whenever i go somewhere that requires a dish to pass, this is my go-to dish,it usually goes quick. Enjoy. Bon Appetit!
