My own kind of "macoroni, tuna and pea salad" Boil noodles for about 10 mins, cool off drain water, put in bowl and add a can of peas, half cup mayonnaise, can of tuna, seasonings of ur own, stir up put in fridge to cool. Once cooled you can eat your delicious meal.

#AugRecipe2019 We call it "dungees:" eggplant pieces, soy sauce, rice vinegar oil, chili sauce, garlic, onion, little pinch of ginger powder, broccoli, and tofu sauteed and served over rice. SO good! Goes well with hot weather.

#AugRecipe2019 My favorite summer recipe is my grandmothers Italian tomato salad. cut tomatoes, sprinkle garlic salt and oregano add olive oil, chill if you like and enjoy. I discovered this recipe from my grandmother, it is my favorite because it was passed down from her and when I make and eat it I feel she is right there with me the taste and smell brings back memories of her. Whenever i go somewhere that requires a dish to pass, this is my go-to dish,it usually goes quick. Enjoy. Bon Appetit!
