Do you believe the frequency of torrential storms, tornados, hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanoes, snow storms & blizzards & excessive hot temperatures throughout the world, can be or are attributed to global warming ?

Living in South Florida I know our weather patterns have definitely changed. Back in the mid 70’s, we actually had something comparable to seasons. For the past 20 years, the warm and hot temperatures have extended throughout the year, maybe with two or three cooler days, in a row, and that’s it for winter. I see our beaches disappearing as “high tide” moves further inland. And yes, I believe we, in this country, and all over the world, are not doing enough to honor our planet, the one we pass on to our children & grandchildren. I think corporations and businesses conduct themselves frivolously, without a care. It’s amazing a top cruise line was just fined millions for dumping waste into the oceans. I don’t think that even changes their habits.

What an interesting topic! I think there is something going on with global warming - there are a lot more people on earth than there were years ago.

It’s climate change it’s nothing new, it always is, has and will keep happening. You can’t change or control Mother Nature.

Quite possibly global warming. Take a look at some of the maps of places that will be completely underwater in a few years. Scary! For years, part of the "Navy life" on ships at sea was dumping all trash over the side; have no idea if that's changed or not. I'm a NASCAR fan and will never forget the time the race in Richmond, Virginia had to be postponed...because of snow. SNOW? In Virginia? But, it seems not very many people are interested or listening.
