Do you add table salt to your food?

I haven't for many years as plenty of foods already have enough, and in some cases, too much sodium as it is and I do not see a benefit to adding even more sodium to my meals. The American Heart Association recommends no more then 2,300 mg of sodium be consumed per day to avoid health issues such as high blood pressure which has become a big problem in our country and the risk gets higher as we get older.
