How to check the number of survey you just participated?

Usually, you can find the survey number in your survey invitation email. However, there is no survey number indicated if you access the survey uploaded to you profile on Toluna.com.

Simply go to your ‘Points’ page, then you will see all activities you participated during a date range you have selected including the date, survey no. and incentive received (if any).

Sending us a link of survey does not help since we could not open/access the link of such exclusive surveys. Please note that a link in each invitation email can be opened/accessed by the addressed recipient only.

We do a variety of surveys for many clients. Some of these surveys are programmed by us, others are programmed by our clients and hosted on their systems. A major factor in technical issues is that survey respondents are using a wide variety of operating systems, browsers, Internet connection types, and hardware, and not all are necessarily compatible with the technology of all surveys that may be available.

We recommend to use laptop/PC, the latest version of well-known browser and stable internet connection while participating in our surveys.
