I have completed a few surveys, some more than a month ago but have yet to receive the points. Is it just me or is it the same for everyone? It only used to take a few days to get the points. Has anyone asked what the hold up is? Thanks :-)

For me, the whole website has been messed up for a couple of weeks. My points always end in a 4 or 9 , yet all the surveys end in 0. I have asked support 6 times but don't get an answer. Now when I click on "contact us", I get an error message, can't connect. I am thinking of contacting corporate headquarters, because this is not the way to treat members.

It is the same for most people on here, we found the vouchers are coming through more quickly but there seems to be a hold up on the points coming through. Think we will all be getting a job lot when they do come through.

A few people have been complaining about this on here. Toluna do state that points will be awarded in most cases in 6 weeks, rather than a month, so I'm sure they'll come through eventually.

Usually you should receive your points within six weeks from when the survey is CLOSED. When a survey says 'project open' it means you have qualified for the points but will be credited once the survey has closed. The reason for this is that we credit all the participants at the same time. Please get back to me with the invitation email attached if you haven't been credited 6 weeks after closing date and we will look further into the case.

Same for most people, I think. I've been waiting months for points to come through. Heck, I've been waiting months for my voucher.
