I remember when I was little my grandpa had an American Elm tree in his yard. There was a wooden swing hanging from it and I would spend hours swinging and singing, lost in my own little world. Then the blight hit and all the American Elm trees died. Now you can't grow one to save your life but I will never forget that tree with it's rounded canopy and the sound of birdsong. If you have a similar story please share it with me!
