Say you were dating somebody and were really into them. Time comes for you to meet their kids and you find out they have no manners or discipline. You still are getting to know this person and like them a lot but are afraid that they will get offended if you mention how unruly the children are. What would you do?

It depends on the situation for sure, but I find myself conflicted here. Who is to say the child cannot be rehabilitated but then again, kids should know the differences between right and wrong. What are your views?

I feel that people have thrown family values out the window. They seem to not respect the family as much these days. The younger people seem to look down on the old family values and think we were crazy for having them. Parents are no longer doing their job and teaching kids right from wrong, things like "do your own homework". Parent's are not disciplining their kids. Values that we gain in our families shape our further lives. We pass to our own children all those values that our parents taught us. By the way, what values are you going to teach your kids? Will they be the same as those your parents used to talk about? Will they be different?
