People who train them/torture them to fight, people who pay to watch them fight, and people who are irresponsible in their training should be banned from the USA. THEY are the problem, not the breed. That's like saying we should ban all African Americans because of those in gangs or all Caucasians because of those responsible for a school shootings...it's prejudice and it's not right regardless of the species.
