Just an additional bit - if you think £6 was expensive for parking never go to Brighton. We were there for a few hours last week and when it came to paying for the car park it was just over four hours and cost a staggering £9.50! That is a real rip off. Mary 4 days ago
Thanks for your messages - sounds like you are having a mixed time of things what with the central heating not working as it should but at least the possibility of a new kitchen. I hope your son enjoys his trip and relaxes a bit. I have not been to see a show for absolutel ages now and really should sort something out as I do like to go to the Theatre. I have heard that Jersey Boys is good. I recently heard that they are having a consultation on the green deal which is about someone coming in and see where you can improve your energy consumption but I do not think it can work a it could be open to abuse and the only thing I would really be up for was a new boiler or a rain water harvesting system to be installed but I understand that is a bit upheavel and big holes have to be dug. I am glad to hear you got the problem with your lodger sorted and I think maybe the time has come for him to sort out where his mail needs to go. Take care and stay well, Mary 4 days ago
