If I won the Lotto, I'd pay off our mortgages, give some to each of the boys so they could buy a place of their own and do some investing and put some away for retirement. I wouldn't give them enough so they wouldn't have to work - just enough to get them started. I'd give some to some of the charities we support - American Heart Assn, World Wildlife Federation, ect. and some to the Church for the groups they support like City Team. The rest I'd use to build our place in Nevada and put into savings

I would pay off my house and any other debts I had then I would help any family members or close friends that needed it also i would donate some to help the homeless shelter to feed anyone that is hungry and homeless the rest would be invested some how.

I love Georgette Heyer. She writes Regency romances/historical novels and captures the period better than anyone I've read. She knows the language, the fashions, the customs - all the manners, etc. no matter what period she's writing about and her characters come alive on the page. By the time you've finished one of her novels, you feel like you've been transported to another time and place and you really don't want to leave. She's probably the only 'romance' writer I've been able to enjoy - there's nothing 'smarmy' or overt in her novels and they're *funny* in places, too.

I think that i am a little more oldschool than i should be. I like the classics! The Great Gatsby, The Catcher in the Rye, The Outsiders. I am also a pretty enthusiastic about Mr. Poe and Stephen King. I like the way poetry is written. You have to sometimes read it through more than a couple times to get a real understanding of what the writer is trying to tell his or her audience. A writer is able to say soo much in such a short time.

I'd stay in a cabin in the woods near a lake with about a hundred books and just read, hike the trails and swim. I'd eat when I felt like it, sleep when I got tired and just 'be' for a while.

I am more interested in a secluded cabin located over pristine waters where you can snorkle and swim all you want. Have a nice breakfast with your significant other and jsut enjoy nature and be alone in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Take in the crystal clear ocean and be able to see marine life in their natural habitat. I could handle 7-10 days of that real easy.
