ANTI-POLITICAL NONSENSE BUFFER's profile

I have been noticing that most people don't know shat they are talking about for quite a while now. I watch people, especially in work environments, claim to know about every topic that is that is discussed, but when it comes to displaying that knowledge they fail. What's funny is that those in authority don't see the failure to display the knowledge; they have seen an employee (or whatever title is relevant to whichever environment your in) that posses a certain knowledge only because that person verbally labeled themselves as having such. If you're a person who lives in humility and honesty you get dumped on, because you have admitted that you are missing information. To an ignorant person that means that you know nothing of the subject; even if you are able to display that you actually know a majority of the information that comprises it. Another circumstance that I have come across that is similar is when someone has decided that you know nothing because you have forgot the terminology to describe it (you know, that one thing) (please vote on my poll that addresses this topic). I personally am terrible with names (people, places, and organic and inanament objects), but I grasp concepts large scale; so therefore, in this society, I know nothing. I wish I could be a ignorant, selfish person so I could succeed.

It is terrible. I mean...you look at our president, who has had absolutely not experience in the politica field whatsoever, yet every one treats him like the Smartest American Alive, leaving all the people that actually would know what they are doing up the air. It's a messed up ideaology. But I do know that ideaology works for certain sectors. Like in my case, I've gotta be a smart cookie "On paper" with a 3.8 GPA if I want to be a lawyer. I guess it's just how you look at it. There are alot of "smart" people out there that only our society calls smart and you or I might call rather dumb. But then the truly smart people, who have the kindness and considerateness to admit they dont know everything. I dont know...you asked a great question really got me thinking. Thanks very much. : )

I have been a vegan for over 10 years now. I recently got out of the Army (not because I fit in really well, was well liked, and finished the entire time I was obligated to by contract), and the whole time that's all I heard about...It's not good for you, you can't build muscle with that kind of diet, etc...., but I was consistently out running and otherwise out enduring a majority of these people every day. And I was 10 years older than an even larger majority of them. I guess that should be the next poll: Why people constantly refuse to take reality into consideration when they are forming their opinions. Well, I know that for the most part I feel really healthy after I eat a meal that is within the structure of my diet. I know a lot of people try a no meat diet and think that they can survive off of lettuce leaves, and that is not healthy; but, it is even less healthy to have an entirely flesh diet. Those people die of heart attacks. Lettuce eaters die of malnutrition; flesh eaters die of heart attacks.

if you can include nuts, legumes, soy, honey, fuits, gain, and flou etc - I think it is OK
