I generally go to bed between 10 pm and 11 pm. I try to stick to that time because with or without and alarm, I generally wake up around 5:30 am or 6 am every day.
All too often we are still up at 1 a.m. but are trying to start getting to bed earlier so have been getting to bed around midnight last few nights or so but ideally am shooting for betweenn 11:30 and midnight
