Baking Soda on Anything??

I have heard about all the things baking soda can do not only in the kitchen, but for cleaning and for the skin. I've heard that it is good to keep skin smooth and soft, it can be used for a personal spa, can be used to soften the knees and elbows, etc. Do you have any other uses for baking soda?

The only thing i use baking soda for is to sprinkle in tennis shoes. I don't know if it works but i continue to use it.

I know that some people brush their teeth with baking Soda, because it is really good for the teeth. But, I am not sure about it on Everything! :/

Some people do use it to brush teeth - there is baking soda based toothpaste on the market. Personally have not tried any of the personal care stuff - love it for the various kitchen/cleaning uses alone and in combination with vinegar.

It's supposed to be a good alternative to toothpaste but I've never tried it.
