I am not satisfied with the work and customer care center. They may seem superficial, it is bad, so I tossed a little hope. I think the customer is king, but the staff work so I'm disappointed. I give 4 points.

I was one of the testers for this product and found it to be of no interest to me. There were not any classes offered that I was interested in, or if I did happen to find one it was at a time when I was working and could not participate. If there were more classes and times offered I would recommend it, but if there is no change in that area, I would not recommend LiveMind. I would give a score of 4 for this product.

yes, i was chosen by toluna to test this product. i had absolutely no interest in the classes that were offered. i think it could be a good idea if they had more interesting classes. i would not use this product in the future. i would not recommend it to others. i would give it a score of 4. it could be way better.

I thought this was a great site idea. I did try to take a class but it didn't work out for me because I was unaware of the way the classes would be done and so I didn't have my cell phone charged up and couldn't continue. I also recommended classes that I would like and they said they would get a teacher to teach it because they have allot of teachers waiting to teach but then I haven't heard back. I do hope to set up another class because I believe they give us a year to use up the $20.00, that we were credited. I say thanks Toluna for letting me have this option.

I was excited to have the opportunity to participate in this trial. HOwever, I never was able to actually participate in any of the classes due to the times that they were offered. Most of the classes I was interested in were offered at times that were not convenient for me or during times that I forgot about. I do however like the basic concept.!

I really like the idea but wasn't that interested in many of the classes. The couple I was interested in didn't meet my timeframe of when I was available.
