Since Greenfield merged into Toluna there's been several annoying issues and I wonder how many others are upset, frustrated and maybe even confused over some of them. My main frustration happened after spending 20 minutes or more completing a survey the points promised are not showing up in the rewards list! (This has happened twice so far) The survey numbers and dates are there but the points rewarded are shown as zero. One survey was for 990 points, the other 3000!!! Another aggravating thing are the new daily survey limits - but that seems only to apply to certain surveys and is very odd and much unlike how Greenfield was in the past. I've contacted tech support about these issues but have yet to hear back, other than the generic "we got your request, someone will contact you soon" message. On the good side, the "start survey" buttons in email invitations have been fixed so they are now clickable. Let's hope these problems are resolved (to the members satisfaction) very soon.
I feel like I'm getting taken advantage of, without the candy or flowers if you know what I mean. I have taken quite a few surveys...no points added to my account. I do these surveys to make money...If we aren't going to make money any more WHY BOTHER????????
that has happened to me i finished all my profiles and should have gotten points for each one as well as the bonus but it showed up as 0. the last survey i did was for 15000 points and i qualified but didnt get a single point. it really sucks so far and i got the generic tech support too
I used to belong to Greenfield and it always takes some time for themto post your survey points they have to wait until the company that you did the survey's for reviews and approves your points so be patient you will get your points sometimes it can take up to two weeks before you see your points posted that was one reason I stopped being a member of Greenfield and the other reason was because instead of getting rewards you would get an entry into their sweepstakes and we all know your chances of wining a sweepstake.
My points were slow to show several weeks ago, well before Grenfield merged, so hold the reins until the site works it out. The survey pages after completion were clear in addressing the issue that I would get points six to eight weeks from said date on a few, then three to four weeks on others. I am owed quite a few points to say the least, but I have kept a very good record and expect Toluna has as well. They actually are very good at fixing their wrongs. TRUST
Yes. I hate this new system. I enjoyed Greenfield a lot. Today I got the "survey limit" message even though I haven't taken any surveys today, just got disqualified for one. Yesterday I took the same survey twice and both times it hung up on the same screen about 2/3 of the way through it, so I wasted my time. I too, hope they fix all of this and they need to get rid of survey limits. Instead, they should concentrate on trying to keep reliable and honest people by offering good incentives. Our time is valuable and there are many research companies offering great rewards. I'm going to have to pick and choose carefully which ones are worth my time.
If you didn't already hear many of the Greenfield employees have walked out and Toluna's people are moving in and I think Toluna will get it going pretty soon. I did a $5 survey last week and the pts. were not showing. I e-mailed them two days ago and they came up yesterday afternoon. Then, I cashed out by CHECK not Paypal. This morning I tried to do 2 surveys but had tech difficulties. BUT, those surveys were back to 3000pts. apiece.
I have an even bigger issue. My account shows no past history of my points, completed surveys, or pending cash outs. I had 27000 points and I have 0 now. I contacted Toluna three times, and have not heard anything back. In addition, I cannot take any surveys lol.
