I managed to lose a few pounds using the Biggest Loser "Boot Camp," "Cardio Max," and "Weight Loss Yoga" DVD's but am not always motivated to do the same exercises over and over. I just got a Wii gaming system and was thinking about getting the Wii Biggest Loser game. I think playing a game might keep me more motivated to do it every day. I'd love to hear about other's experiences with this game and whether or not they have lost weight using it. Thanks!
Wii is a terrific tool to get active. It should not matter what you are doig, just keep doig it. The best thing I find is walking outdoors. fresh air always helps stimulate blood flow.
