I would have to say that the Movie Always was one of the saddest movies that i have ever seen because they fought the forrest fire and he was talking to his girl on the radio and all of a sudden the plane exploded!!! I was done.
I would have to say Marley and Me was the saddest movie that I have seen in a long time. I am a movie collector I own the movie but have not watched it more than once. If I do watch it again I will not watch the end. Great movie but very sad.
Lorenzo's Oil with Susan Sarandon and Nick Nolte. A very sad, yet inspirational and touching movie. Especially, the part when she tells her son Lorenzo..."Listen to mama. Can you hear me, my darling? If this is too much for you, my sweetheart, well then you fly, you fly as fast as you can to baby Jesus.". That just had me crying and usually I'm not a crier.
The only sad movie that I can remember watching, right now, has got to be the movie "Brian's Song. A movie about football player Brian Picollo, who died of cancer at a very young age. That movie is the only really sad one that I can remember watching.
The saddest movie that I ever saw was Beaches. Two little girls met on a beach and became fast friends. They each lived in different states. For many years they kept in contact until one decided to come and visit the other. By that time they were adults and one of them had a little girl. Anyways, the one who had the daughter took terminally ill. You saw her and her friend sitting on the deck with an oxygen mask. The music is playing and then the next scene you saw was her in the casket. I was totally broken up. Her friend raised her daughter as her own. Oh that was so sad!
The saddest movie that I have ever seen was the 1980's movie, "On Golden Pond", with Katharine Hepburn and Henry Fonda. Watching them grow older and struggle with different things reminds me of my great grandparents.
I woud have to say it was "LOVE STORY" with Ryan O'neal and Allie Mcgraw. That movie really made me cry, But then again I am one of those people who always cry watching movies.
Beaches. That movie covers so much emotion, you become so involved with the characters. And when Bette Midler sings at the end, my eyes turn red from crying.
