how to unsubscribe

I want to unsubscribe it appears to take a days work!! I do not want any more of your emails!!!!!?????

First you have to log in. Then go to this page http://www.toluna.com/CancelAccount.aspx where you will find an unsubscribe button.
They certainly don't make it easy for you.
Oh, if the above fails, click on the You tab at the top of the home page and select Your Account. You can uncheck the relevant boxes to stop emails. The Cancel Account link on the left takes you to the unsubscribe page shown above.

first click unsubscribe on your account if this doesnt work try clicking on the unsubscribe link in one of the emails you get from toluna if that doesnt work go to the bottom of this page and click contact theres an option there to send a messge to unsubscribe sorry but if all else fails all i can think f is block the emails but if i was you id give it a chance iv had ltsa hmv vouchers over a years period t luna are new they just took over test and vote and i admit they are very slow with rewards and points but fingers crossed they will get better soon are lots of members will be trying like you to unsubscribe

I want to unsubscribe as well and am finding it very difficult !!!! clicking on the unsubscribe highlighted word at the bottom of the page does nothing apart from take you to the main survery page - where on earth do you go from there .......... ? HELLLLLLLLLLP

If all else fails, you can look at the toluna newletter, which is probably in your inbox today. If you scroll down, you will see the word unsubscribe in blue ltters. If you click on this, I would imagine it is plain sailing after that. Or there is something on either your dashboard, or your profile or your account page that says click here to cancel membership.
