Have you been on tv?

Just interested to see if anyone has been on television even briefly. It might have been on a game show, or interviewed even a back ground person in a film.

yes... when i was aged 10 we did a schools programme on the industrial revolution where we re-created factory working conditions for the children who worked in them, i still have a copy on tape somewhere and remember it well.

Way back when Channel Nine had it's little studio on top of a hill in Canberra I had nothing to do so I was in the audience watching a game show. I made my own clothes so always looked pretty swave. I couldn't stand the lights so had sunnies on. They turned the camera on me and begged me to enter the show but I wouldn't budge. Not because of shyness but I just didn't want to. The next time was the cyclone Tracy Appeal. The stations General manager had a daughter who was a really good friend of mine. She was pregnant and having contractions early so she gave me a call to fill in. They kept the station open all that night. We just had to read out the donors and amounts and thank them. Then I dragged a guy out of a fire & was sitting in the gutter with ambos & 4 fireman. We all had shock blankets around us & oxygen masks on. We were taped off and my colleagues of all people from 3 networks shoved a boom mic over and started asking questions. I wasn't thinking and said "F OFF you bastards". I said the full 'F' word. Then the ambos and firey's started laughing and told me they were absolutely dying to be able to say that. Oooh, naughty ME!! x x lolx xMyo :))))

I did some advertisements that were shown on TV many years ago, and was interviewed once by the local TV station regarding the loss of trees owing to a road being widened.

I was in a segment of the cricket show that was introducing the National Sports Museum.Initially I thought as my sister had seem it on the big screen at MCG it was just an in house thing .Then my mobile phone stated to ring Call from Queensland Aunt and Uncle had seen mecall from Sydney another friend had seen me and so it went on all after noon.
