Do you believe that public workers are undervalued? Why or why not?

I can't imagine that some of the six-figure CEOS are doing more for my community than some of the low paid men and women who raise our children, save our lives, and keep us safe on a daily basis...

Both - I have seen some public workers abuse government resources and authority in the worst way wasting tax dollars or unnecessary harm people. what has this done created a negative impact and further devalued other public workers - like all industries there are good guys and bad guys why some people who get paid more than they are worth one contracts for employment agreements and two apathy and laziness not eliminating dead wood - and finally it's the ineptitude of politics or the bad workers know the tricks to dig in deep like the ticks they are - that's life!
