A friend bought some at a health food store for me to try. I tried them, but they are not like real noodles. I did not like the fish smell from the liquid they were packed in. I rinsed them first before cooking. They are actually tasteless, and the texture is different. I did not buy anymore of them. I prefer the regular noodles. Have you ever tried them?
I've never heard of them. In my opinion regular pasta is low enough in calories and if you check the ingredients you can find some that's not too processed
