What kinds of volunteering do you do?

I donate time to my church helping with disaster relief and children's activities. I also attend a weekly Al-Anon meeting, for the friends and family of alcoholics. Both keep me pretty busy. How about you?

I used to volunteer by coaching junior football teams. It was good fun but unfortunately most of the kids in my town don't want to play anymore.

Well done you !! I look after my dad seven days a week and I also look after my five grandchildren while my daughter work part-time. So I don't have time to do anything else.

My volunteer work is at the MCG as a tour guide which is a great release for me to get out mixing with people from all over the world . It is in big contrast to my role as a carer for my parents.

I will be 30 years sober on 07.04.2012; so good for you giving time back to the program. I donate money to a Jewish Organization and find things for the high school choir to raffle off for tuition payments not able to be made by some of the students
