According to a poll conducted by a well-known research company, more American employees are distrustful of their organization’s management compared to a year earlier. I think distrust towards organizations’ management is not only confined to America but a worldwide trend. The research company mentioned that poor communication, lack of perceived caring, inconsistent behavior and perceptions of favoritism being the main factors in the erosion of trust.
