They can't attack his experience (look at his accomplishments and then look at the other candidates), health care (Romneycare has worked quite well) or the state of the economy (since they themselves are to blame) so they are attempting to bring women's rights and other social issues to the forefront in an attempt to get unenthusiastic voters out to back Romney (sorry Rick and Newt, Ron...you are just old and out of touch with reality). You should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this to happen. Silence is violence...speak up and tell your local elected officials that you will not tolerate this tactic that clearly treats women like lesser humans.
I've been doing my part in speaking up and shall continue to do so. Women and the other social issues of which you speak, well, don't speak to but imply, have been taking the heat because they don't have any other ammunition to fight with, nor the candidates. Obama has done a great job given what he was left to work with and the congress that he has had to maneuver around, with opposition at every door with Republicans waiting to pounce on him saying see, look what he did when the reality was that they themselves did it. Talk about trying to turn the tables.
Actually the Democrats started the whole Birth Control deal with the demand that the Catholic church provide Birth Control free of charge to their employees. This was a misdirection in order to get attention off President Obama's failed policies.
