I could talk for days on this subject but to put it shortly.. Yes, I think it's trying to stay positive no matter what situation you might be in. As for the not wanting to be stressed part I'd say to try not to worry so much. Because "in life there's lots of trouble, but when you worry you make it double, so don't worry, be happy" ;)
Positive thinking and not overworking yourself helps destress your life. Learn what your comfortable limits are and do not get pushed into trying to do more than you feel you can do.
