Does anyone know if more than one member of a household can join Toluna?

My boyfriend would like to become a member of Toluna, and we live together, and share the same computer, but different e-mail addresses. Anytime we try to access Toluna from his e-mail address, it pulls up my account. Does anyone know what we are doing wrong, or can you not have two accounts linked to the same computer maybe?

So long ss it is a different person and different e-mail address there should be no problems.

Sorry. I don't know the answer to your question. My husband wants no part of Toluna, especially the new version.

I think that you can have more than one member per household, but you would need to give different email addresses and for the address on the profile, just have the second account go out to Unit B. Regardless wether you are in a home or not, adding that unit will make it look like a new or different address.

Maybe you could find it in the FAQ section . . . .. . . . .

I think it is possible as I have noticed a few couple on Toluna.

I am not sure, but from the other responses here, I guess only one account is allowed per household.

I have read on Toluna that someone posted a message telling that they were 'caught out' in having more than one account, presumably using two email addresses, and had to leave.

I am not exactly sure, but seem to remember something about one account per household or user account (e-mail address). I could be wrong.

I think it is one account per household . . but I do not know for sure . . . . . but make sure one member is completely logged out before the other logs in using the same computer.
