I’m doing this online study for people with multiple cats. It said that it would take 45 minutes each day but it’s taking me more like three hours!! Writing just doesn’t come easy to me and I really have to sit and think about what I’m going to write and end up changing it many times before I’m satisfied. The study is interesting to me and very relevant so it’s not like I don’t know what I’m talking about or dislike the topic. Writing just doesn’t come natural to me. Even writing these opinion topics is a bit difficult and I don’t even have to write much! How about you? Does writing come easy or is it more of a chore?
Well I never shut up so I write as I speak. I don't research stuff so it's all technically correct and on here I expect folk to understand if I miss a letter or forget to capitialise one, that I'll be forgiven. It's just very slow going for me as I only have two fingers at best to type with. I guess the answer to your question could be yes but it also can become one big waffle for me after I hit the the 'Submit' button. If I am really passionate about something and it's something I know a lot about, it ends up being a bible. I don't want to miss anything out that could negate what I have just said. I find that if I am limited in the amount of words, it is very difficult. To try and keep things concise, interesting and sensitive, I write draught after draught. I'm also find that e mailing is kinda limited to a couple of lines. Those couple of lines could take me a page to answer when "if so why" is added or if folk don't understand that living in the bush there just is nothing. Good luck and I'm glad it's something that you are passionate about. x xMyo:))))))
Sometimes I find it very hard just to sit down and write. I do belong to a writing club but I really have to be in the mood or it does no good to even try.
It depends on the mood I'm in. I use to write in a journal when I was sad or if I felt like I wanted to record something I wanted to remember for a long time. It just depends how emotionally invested I'm in in the subject. I could write something poetically beautiful if I'm going through a lot. Other times when I'm fine, it does feel like a chore and I hit a lot of writer's blocks. I hit a lot of them during school on homework assignments. Putting them in blog form is hard for me to decide because I don't like many people to know what's going on in my life because of the feeling that others are enjoying the news of my struggles and it gives others something to gossip about. Only a few times, I actually wrote a few blogs about my life and convictions.
It truly depends - sometimes I have thoughts and ideas running rampant through my mind, and other times (writers-block), so I would say that overall, I am not the blogger type.
