I think it depends what kind of 'speed' you are looking for and how much you are prepared to pay. Maybe check out one of the price comparison sites' and see what is available at a price that suits.

If you're looking for speed and are in an area that can receive it, I would recommend Virgin Media. But it may depend on what telephone and TV package you have as to which provider may offer you the best deal on price.

I have hughesnet. I'm not overly impressed. If I use my computer before 8 a.m., I usually don't have a problem. From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., you might as well hang it up. During high use times the interest runs at a snail pace. I thought satelite was supposed to be so fact, its not.
