how are we meant to win?

i see the monthly prize draw is being advertised on the site, 1000 points per ticket. this is very good but as i have not received any points this year, how am i meant to get any tickets? i have 54 outstanding surveys with no points allocated so how can i buy a ticket? i would contact toluna but they seem to be ignoring me at the minute

I wouldn't waste my points on extra prize draw tockets, we get enough entries from all the surveys they kick us out of and still we never win the prize draw Reply

You get an entry for free every time you're screened out of a survey, which is more often than not. You're better off cashing in your points for vouchers. Reply

I have only recently joined, but noticed they are adding points for surveys but very slowly, it takes sometime longer than 6 weeks, hope they would speed up a bit so that i can get my first debenham voucher. Reply

you set prize draw tickets for each survey you complete and ones that you dont meet criteria if you look under your points at the end of the list it tells you how many praw draw tickets you have got but there is a different one you exchange some points for but to be honest just think how many people are on this site I wouldnt bother and as with the points for this year as a rule of thum I mail them after 6 weeks has past and they mail me back saying you have to wait till the survey finshed but within days some points get put on my account so I think maybe they forget some . they seem to be really slow yet again on awarding survey ponts, and these arte even low paying surveys, seems the 24hour rewards for small survey points have gone. Reply

This seems to have been happening a lot recently .... I would try and contact them ...... It is very frustrating, I had to wait almost a month before any points were eventually allotted.... Reply

i think most of the entries are for the surveys you dont qualify for when you dont get through the survey or survey quota full it says you dont get points you get a prize draw entry, Reply

As far as I know, you are rewarded a sweepstakes ticket when you do not qualify for a survey. Reply
