I would tell the baby's father( who ever he is, i think that he should the right to know that he will be a father soon, and then the grandparent. If your father is mad at you for not letting him know first, then that is on him because that is not his child.

Actually, I think the baby's father should be the first one to know. Why would your dad have an attitude about you having a baby? I love my grandbabies to pieces.
