what happens when u are depressed and have no one to let out the feelings u have all bottled up iside of yourself.

i think everyone should ahave an outlet that they can release pressure from themselves,if not that person could or might injure themselves.

When I am feeling down I listen to Christian music and pray and leave my life up to GOD, because I know he only wants the best for me!

Everyone needs to let go every once in awhile and just let all the bad stuff out and take deep breaths

you affect your life in ways you didn't know about. keeping things inside of you is not a good idea because it just brews and becomes bigger then it ever was!

Human beings, by nature are expressive social creatures that need to be able to have some sort of social avenue or creative outlet to vent their depression and other negative emotions, otherwise they tend to turn inward and become more introverted, isolated, and depressed. At that point they are more susceptible to becoming suicidal.

I feel like you should pray. God is our friend and you can talk to him anytime. Pray every day

Sometimes you have to take time alone and let those feelings go , even if it is for a good cry or to scream at the top of your lungs . Then and only then can you begin to get a better understanding of things and figure a way to handle it.

Try visiting Facebook. Chat with friends. Check out sites with funny pictures. It helps when you interact with friends/family, and it also takes your mind off what's bothering you at the present!

I listen to music and pray. Sometimes just crying lets off just enough steam to think more clearly. Everyone should have an outlet esecially those who are known to be more depressed than others.

You need to talk to someone to tell them how you are feeling even if it is not a professional mental healthcare person.
Just call a help-line, a person at a church, a hospital worker. There are lots of agencies to help. United Way has a 211 number and they can refer you to someone who can help you.
The process of helping yourself leaves you feeling less helpless about events that are making you depressed. Take charge of your life. Leave behind people who may make you feel bad.
Today is the first day of the rest of your life so don't look back, look forward.
To injure yourself does not solve any problems and can only make them worse.
