Im a new member, and when it says vote for 15 points, my profile still says 0 points? Please help me to understand better on how this works.

I have been voting on a lot of things, and still have 0 points. should i just give up?

where are you looking?I find my point total where it says my points at the top of the page ,I hope this helps

Good Luck and Welcome to Toluna. I would read the Tutorial and go through everything. There are many ways to obtain points on this site. If you do not see any points when you click on rewards, I would use the "contact us" button. I cannot quarantee that they will get back to you right away but you should receive an answer. Good luck

The first thing to do here to get the most from this site is to click on Explore at the top of the page and then scroll down to the tutorial and go through that so that you understand all the ways to get points. For example, for every opinion you post of 80 words or more, you receive 100 points. Make sure that you have done the interest surveys and your profile so that you can get surveys also. You may sometimes only get sweepstake entries for a survey but I received $500 from that so it can pay off at times. The better you understand the tutorial, the more money you can make here because where you say you have been voting, that helped the people who posted what you voted on but you need to try to get more topics so that others can vote on them and get you points that way. I have made some $60 or so in the last several months so it is worth while but you need to learn how to get those points and the tutorial will help you with that. I will follow you so get some topics posted and I will give you some opinions or vote on your polls to get you started on points.

Welcome to Toluna, this is a great site and worth the effort. Have you done your interest surveys yet? You need to do those because they will help you get surveys. On the home page you see where it says Your Points click on that and it should take you to the screen with the activities. Hope you enjoy the site, and if you need help, let me know. There are many people here who will help you if you want.

Hi, Welcome to Toluna. I hope that you enjoy your stay here. Check on the first screen where it says Points In Your Account. You should see the total amount there. If you are still not sure, read faq on the bottom of the page. This will be very helpful and explain it all. If you are still not getting points, perhaps you should send them an e-mail to inquire about it. They may need to activate something. I have asked them questions and they were always very nice and prompt about getting back to me. Remember that you can also start polls and if you start an opinion topic or respond to one, try to have 80 words or more to get credit for it.
