They really do consume people's lives. It seems to make them like vegetables after awhile. Or couch potatoes that stop listening.

I think everyone has the right to decide what they want to spend their life doing. I play videogames, but I don't let them take over my life. If someone doesn't have anything better to do, why not let them play videogames?

Yes I do. Especially teens. And based on a first hand experience, they became less sociable as a result of spending too much time playing video games.
