Toluna Test: Markwins double ended lip-gloss

I was one of the testers and I loved the product. I liked that it did not settle into lip lines. It was very pretty and lasted a long time.

I was one of the selected Toluna tester. I got a fairly bright pink but the color was milder when put on. It was a nice color on. It is very long lasting as is the clear gloss. I like how you can use either both the color and the gloss or just the gloss. I didn't care for how my lips felt dry with just the color when the gloss wasn't on but that is easily remedied and the long lasting color was worth it. I would have also liked if the applicator for the gloss picked up more per dip, I felt like I dipped and dipped to get sufficient gloss on my lips. One very positive was the gloss was not sticky, often the gloss is.
I did feel that the product was good and for the price, it is sold for at stores is it well worth it and I would buy it in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends. There are nice color selections available. As for improvements they could make all I can think of is more gloss per dip and a less drying feel with just the color, I would love to be able to wear it with or without the gloss. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it an 8.

My wife tested this for me. She thought this was a great product. She liked that the clear gloss "locked in" the color and lasted a long time. She thought the design was innovative and liked the fact that you could use either the color, the gloss, or both together. The only thing she didn't like about the product was the taste. She said she probably would have used the gloss more if she didn't get a bad taste when taking a drink while wearing it. She would rate the product an 8. She said she would definitely recommend it to her female friends. She said she would buy the gloss, but probably not as often as her usual brand.

Was not too crazy about the color, but liked that it did not come off easily.
Overall it is a good product.

I tested this product and did not like it. It had a chemical odor that was very unpleasant. It was definitely not my color, but I put it on anyway. The color seemed to fade, even with the gloss on top. I would not purchase this product. The quality was not as high as a similar product from a different brand.

I tested this product and yes the clear was a little sticky,but the color lasted a long time. I would probably give this a 5 because it was half and half

I received this product to test. I liked the idea of being able to carry a lip color and clear gloss for on the go application. The color was barely noticeable. Worn by itself the color wore off almost before I left the house. The texture of the color gloss made my lips feel and appear more dry than they are. The sheer gloss felt a little sticky. Putting the sheer gloss over the color results in a colored wand dipping into the clear gloss. Even with the sheer gloss over the color, it wore off far more quickly than I would have liked. Within two hours I needed to reapply it.
For me the quality seems lower end. It seems almost like something I would buy a young teenager in the hopes that it would wear off before she got where she was going. I can think of a couple of improvements. Making the color a lip stain instead of a paste consistency. Something that would go on smoothly, quickly and stay on long enough for an adult to get appropriate wear from. Then give the clear gloss a benefit of some sort. Add spf protection or moisturize or Something.
I would definitely not buy the product as it currently is. I wouldn't recommend it to others. I'd give it a score of 4 because it's not the worst thing ever created, but I feel it needs some tweaking.

I recieved this product to test and was not impressed at all. The color was way to pink for me. The color end was too dry and the clear was sticky. Even together I did not like the feel on my lips. The product does seem to last longer on my lips than my usual color. I would not purchas this product unless it was less dry and sticky. I would not reccomend this product. I would give this product a 3 because of the long lasting quality.

I was selected to test this product and I liked it a lot. It was so convenient to either use the colored gloss or the non-colored if I desired. The color is attractive and it last a long time. I would not only buy but also recommend this product.

I used the sample off and on for about three weeks. The clear side, when applied, was a little too stiff and sticky but I will say that it stayed on when applied for a long time. The pink application was not my "favorite" color and was also stiff and sticky. I accidently got the pink side on a white t-shirt and it didn't come out on the first washing either so I had to use Chlorox. The vessel itself was very convenient, didn't clog, applicator was soft and I like that you can see exactly how much is left. I was not a fan of storing liquid upside down because of concerns for leakage but the only alternative was to lay it horizontal and then it might leak from both ends. For the record, it did not leak which was a pleasant surprise!
