Most of people these times are very busy. Things move at a rapid pace. Most of our time is eaten up in your office. Now since we can't take out the time to go to the gym, we need to find a way that the gym comes to us. This can help us remain in good shape even while staying inside the office. But yes, we need to take out at least 10 minutes from our office hours.
lET'S SEE, DO I THINK WORKING OUT AT WORK IS EMBARASSING? Well, I think that depends on what kind of working out we are talking about. Sitting in an office chair and moving ones legs and arms when nobody is looking or walking around the office is okay in my opinion, but I would suggest on a break or lunch hour, go out for a mile or two walk. That is very good exercise - and probably the best. Today, nothing is really embarassing. Everyone is in pretty much the same boat. Sink or swim.
