One of the most indepth Newsweek articles about the Afghanistan War through the eyes of the Taliban soldier dated October 10 & 17,2011
pages 62-68.
sheds a familiar blast from the past...in my opinion...

Decades earlier, that enemy that had time was the Vietnamese Vietcong.
Today's enemy that has the time is the Afghanistan Taliban???
Notice any comparisons of we having the watches and the enemy having the time?

Now, what are your observations???

One short excerpt by 28 year old Mujahid Rahman,
But he stiffens when a Newsweek reporter asks if the Taliban should strike a deal with the Americans and the Kabul government. “No!” he practically shouts. The fight will continue until the Americans are defeated, he insists, no matter how long it takes and what the sacrifices. He recalls a prison guard at Bagram who was gleefully preparing to return home to America. The soldier gave Rahman a bottle of juice as a farewell gift and asked how long the Afghan expected to remain behind bars, and what he hoped to do afterward. “Time in jail and time in the jihad mean nothing to us,” Rahman claims to have told the American. “Your watch’s battery will run down, and its hands will stop. But our time in the struggle will never end. We will win.”

This is a complex song, that the band makes sound simple. Its "Bohemian Rhapsody", from the 1975 album (not CD, lol) "A Night at the Opera". It starts as a ballad, then goes into opera, then hard rock, with an intro, guitar solo, and an "outro" in the mix. It was another very different sound at the time, which I think added to its success. Freddie Mercury has a voice that could be an instrument by itself if you ask me. This is one of those songs/bands that will last forever. Like Led Zep, Aerosmith, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, etc., its timeless.
