i have heard the term "abortion on demand ."..I find it to be a frightning unknown....I have heard the term used in the news lately and in relation to proposed health care plan. What does it mean exactly ? what is your take on the term ?

i have heard of an abortion but never of an abortion on demand i am not exactly sure what it could mean but it does sound scary! i am against abortion i do not agree with anybody disposing of a child that is innocent and destroying a life, but there is one thing that keeps me a little unsure ab abortion being totally against the law b/c as a rape victim the trauma and devastsation is bad enough but i can not imagine the devastation and trauma of 9 months and the rest of your life never being able to forget the diaster it has caused but to have to carry a child of the person that done that to you, wow that is serious and you can not blame a person for deciding abortion in that type of case, having to give birth and go through the pregnancy that happened from rape, that is too much for one person just being raped is too much for a person, much less that on top of it it is a very complicated thing and i see how it can be hard for a person thaat has never expierienced a rape incident not understanding and it would be hard to put your self in a rape victim's shoes but we can not judge a thing like that you never know exactly what it is like or what you would do if you were in that situation it is just something you can never really be sure of unless you are in the situation

Hi there. If you are considering a breast pump, I honestly recommend purchasing an electric one. I have three children (breastfed all three until they were 8 months). Obviously breastfeeding directly from breast to baby is best for both of you, as it's the easiest and most convenient. However, if you're working or going out for dinner and dancing or whatever it may be, you most likely won't have your baby with you and odds are, you will need to express. Both to relieve the feeling and so you can leave expressed milk at home for baby. My children went from breast to bottle (as mentioned when we were out) and she took to both fine. No problems at all. Good luck.

I did breast feed all of my children. Well, it was a 50-50 type of thing. I did it to offer the best immunity possible and to be honest, it was awefully nice to take her into my bed, feed her and then we'd both get some sleep. They would also sleep for longer periods of time. You have to be careful though, if you are a sound sleeper, I wouldn't try this one.
